Server Requirements
- Our database tier only stores and manages data and no business functionality is coded there. We have used generic SQL coding to the extent possible so that we can support all database systems. We currently support Oracle, SQL and MySQL Server. We recommend the freeware MySQL for which we provide optimized pooling libraries free of charge.
- The application and computational web-servers run on the freeware web server Tomcat.
- We do not use or require any external middleware tier. We provide our own middle tier that comes already optimized and fully integrated into our platform.
- Our parallel processor job dispatcher only requires Tomcat and not other middleware tiers.
- Typical implementation requires a minimum of 2 to 3 Dual or Quad Pentium servers, and scales up from there to balance load and further enhance performance.
3 Months Out-of-the-box Implementation
- 3 Months out-of-the-box as is implementation for a flat fee of US$ 80K / month, for a complete self contained team of 6 engineers: IT, systems, software and risk.
- We guarantee full functionality including 30 reports!
- Further customizations will be charged at the discounted price of US$ 80 per man-hour or US$ 80 K a month for a full team.
- QuantRisk will remotely install and maintain your servers.
